Some people, especially here, see football as a battle, a war that needs winning. You will not convince the "we need physicality"-crowd with the one thing they hate more that weaklings; stats...
But you do need your central defender to win the majority of headed duels and not be bullied by a centre forward. In my opinion Neumann isn’t strong in that area. His pace is his strength. If you mixed the 3 of them together you might have a decent centre half. Individually they all have glaring weaknesses.
