Driffield 29 – 39 Harrogate : Saturday, 31 January 2026

Driffield have been on a great run of form and getting results, which would surely give the squad confidence going into this game.  Their supporters would be hoping that home advantage would give them in the edge in a tight game.

The Woldsmen started well with an early try, soon balanced out by Harrogate.  A penalty for Driffield just before the half gave them a narrow lead at the change.

Two early tries in the second half turned the game, and the Harrogate forwards started to exert their influence, gaining them two catch-and-drive tried which sealed the game.

Driffield never gave up and took a bonus point try from the game in the last minutes of the game.
