U.S. senators tour California City Detention Center, decry conditions and inadequate medical care
After an hours-long tour of the California City Detention Center -- the state's newest and largest -- U.S. Sens. Alex Padilla and Adam Schiff decried the inadequacy of medical care, low staffing and reports of moldy food and and foul drinking water.
