NSW Blues - Sydney Meet Up For Coventry Game
Long time lurker, very occasional poster :) I used to run Joys and Sorrows back in the day before life became busy and I moved to the other side of the world. Now living in NSW where there's a small but growing number of Blues fans. We all met up in Sydney last year for the Vertu Trophy final (typical fkin Blues) and since then, a couple of people have done some great work to set up an OSC (I know they can be contentious but it helps us all feel a bit more connected.)
It's the official launch on Sunday night NSW time at the Cheers Bar in Sydney. The bar are screening the Cov game and there's some Blues fans out here for the Ashes that are coming along. We want it to be as big as possible (and mainly, being honest, to get more than the Victoria Blues did last week!) and so I wanted to quickly pop in and post the details in case anyone is in or around Sydney and is unaware of the event:
