'Landman' Star Michelle Randolph Tapped to Star In New Horror Movie From 'Paranormal Activity 2' Director

Rising star Michelle Randolph is building up her resume!

The 27-year-old Landman and 1923 star is reportedly in talks to star in an upcoming horror thriller titled Malibu, according to THR.

Paranormal Activity 2 helmer Tod Williams is set to direct the feature for Screen Gems.

While plot details are being kept quiet at this time, it is said the movie is a “thriller skulking around in the subterranean horror subgenre.”

Roy Lee and Steven Schneider are producing through their Spooky Pictures, marking a reunion between director Tod and Steven, who also produced the Paranormal Activity franchise.

Filming is slated to begin later this year.

After starring in Taylor Sheridan‘s 1923 and Landman, Michelle is also set to star in the upcoming Scream 7. She’s also slated to return for Landman season two.
