CURLSASK Restructuring
As CURLSASK continues to evolve, the roles and responsibilities within the organization continue grow and expand as well.
We are delighted to have Steve Turner expand his roll as the new Executive Director. Steve has led many successful CURLSASK events the past 2 seasons and this is a natural progression
for him. He will be a fantastic in the role with the skill set he brings to this position.
Kellyn Geiger is able to continue to bringing her attention to detail and organizational skills to CURLSASK by transitioning to the Operations Director. This position will allow her to spend more time with her family. She has been and will continue to be an integral part of CURLSASK and can answer any question you have.
As a competitive curler, Stasia Wisniewski has the required skills and knowledge to make sure all our events run smoothly. She will be organizing the CURLSASK events to make sure they run without a hitch. She will work closely with the host committee’s to ensure the events run smoothly.
Dustin Mikush grew up in a small town and from these roots he developed the ability to understand and connect with small curling centres across Saskatchewan. His passion for the game is infectious and will be invaluable in helping grow curling throughout Saskatchewan.
Pat Simmons continues as High Performance director helping to develop athletes who want to take the sport to the next level. His impressive resume in competitive curling, passion for the sport, along with a wealth of knowledge is a recipe for success in developing athletes of all ages.
Kelcee Kennedy has proven herself invaluable to the team with her creativity and sense of humour. She is the natural fit for CURLSASK Marketing and Media Coordinator. She is the unseen eyes behind the posts on social media and all the action shots that CURLSASK captures.
We are so excited to see where these new roles will take CURLSASK and we look forward to serving all our members even better in the seasons to come!
