Event Info
Your Health: Sure we don’t need to say but if you are unwell on the day or have been asked to isolate by Track & Trace please don’t come much as we want to see you. Let us know by phone if possible.
Signing On; Will be by returning an electronic form which will be sent out on Wednesday. We aim to try and limit those who need to sign in, on the day to cut queues and contact times.
Start and finish
The Event will start and finish at Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby club, Malmesbury Road, SN4 8DS.
First car will leave at 9.30 then following on at 1 min intervals. Take your car number and add it to car zero to get your time. (Current entry list is attached to check your number).
Please arrive 30 mins before your depart time to make sure you have time to collect your road book and update info as well as enjoy your drink and breakfast bap.
We will open at 8.45
The RWBFC ask us to respect social distancing when queuing but wearing a face covering is an individual choice.
Please note it’s a no dogs site but there is a park at Jubilee lake (almost next door going towards the roundabout) to stretch pooches legs and then they can sit it out in the car till you are ready to leave.
Finish Meal: First car is due back at the Rugby club at 16:00 and the meal will be served from 4.15. The Club house will open from 15:45 so you can have a drink and relax if you arrive early.
Coffee Halt – Helen Browning’s Royal Oak Bishopstone.
First car 10.30, 45 Mins allowed to enjoy coffee or tea and cakes made on site by the chef’s team. Please follow the on-site one-way system. Dogs welcome
Lunch Halt – The Croft Hungerford
First car 12;50 with 1 hour 10 mins allocated for you stretch your legs and buy a drink (alcoholic, soft or coffee/tea) from The Hungerford Club who will be open for us. The club will have prepared rolls and other lunch items for you to buy and we hope you can support them. Dogs no problem as it’s an open common area. You can also stroll into Hungerford.
Most of all be prepared to enjoy North Wiltshire! See you next Sunday.
