There are also drinks on offer with the mum selling a carton of juice for 30p but water comes in for free.
Her children are given a budget of £1 a day and once they have spent it then snacks are off limits.
Captioning her post, the mum wrote: “My youngest is struggling with the fact that all her activities have been cancelled so I’m trying to find ways to make her time at home fun as well as educational.

Fellow parents were divided over the idea with some arguing that children shouldn’t have to pay for some of the items on the list.
Commenting on the post, one wrote: “If I’m totally honest I’m really struggling with this idea, purely because toast, fruit and a glass of juice should be free to our children rather than having to pay for it.
“As much as I think it’s a fabulous way of teaching little people about the value of money, I also think as Mummies and Daddies we should be able to provide for our children without them thinking they’ve got to pay for it.”

Agreeing a second added: “Children should not have to think about money at this age just adding more stress into their lives.”
However, others were quick to praise the mum, applauding her approach to parenting.
“Such a good idea I’m going to do this, my daughter will love it!!!” wrote one.
Another added: “This is a great idea and a fab way to teach children about money.”
