KUWTK: Tristan Thompson Hopes Khloe Will Visit Boston At Christmas
Tristan hopes that Khloe and their daughter True will fly to Boston this Christmas season. They’re still navigating aspects of their relationship.
According to an inside source, Tristan Thompson is hopeful that Khloé Kardashian and their daughter True Thompson will visit him in Boston for the holidays. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians couple recently reunited and continue to navigate their complicated relationship.
Tristan Thompson secured a $19 million contract with the Boston Celtics. Considering the significantly high contract price, the NBA player stated he “must come in and impress” with his athletic performance. For nine years, Thompson played for the Cleveland Cavaliers. In order to begin training and playing for the Celtics, Tristan Thompson moved to Boston. Khloé Kardashian and the Canadian basketball star reconciled their relationship earlier this year. Many wondered if Khloé would join Tristan in Boston. In the end, the reality star chose to stay in Los Angeles with their daughter, True Thompson. Since they won’t be living in the same state, the reunited couple has committed to a long-distance relationship.
According to The News, Tristan is encouraging Khloé and True to fly to Boston this Christmas season. A source close to Thompson stated, “Tristan would love Khloe and True to be in town for his first game on Christmas but understands if they stay put in LA.” As of right now, the only thing holding Khloé and True back from going to Boston is potential coronavirus travel restrictions. “If Khloe and True don’t join then he will make sure to make some special time to have Christmas with them on another day,” the inside source continued.
In the latest season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, viewers got some insight into Khloé and Tristan’s renewed romance. “He’s been super helpful and when I was isolated, he helped with so many responsibilities,” Kardashian told her good friend, Malika Haqq. “I can also tell his energy is different,” Khloé added. In addition, she revealed that Tristan opened up about his intentions. “He’s like, ‘I just want you to know, if ever you are thinking the same thing, I’m here for you’,” Khloé dished. Malika responded, “He's still in love with you.” At the end of the summer, Tristan and Khloé confirmed that they were back together. They’re still working on their KUWTK relationship.
