A Dutch court Thursday sentenced two police officers to a six-month suspended jail term for the 2015 death of a man from Aruba, who suffocated after being arrested at a music festival.

GORHAM, Maine (AP) — The Maine Department of Public Safety says a retired state trooper has been charged with selling cocaine and fentanyl. The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested 51-year-old Jeffrey Linscott of Buxton late Wednesday in Gorham, where he was allegedly making a drug transaction in a grocery store parking lot.
