X-Rays on Ramos’ Hand Negative, Will Travel North With Team
Wilson Ramos underwent X-rays on his right hand which came back negative. The catcher will travel north with the team.
Mets’ manager Mickey Callaway said that Ramos is feeling totally fine and would have stayed in if it was a regular season game.

Mets’ catcher Wilson Ramos left Sunday’s game against the Washington Nationals after taking a ball off his right hand while catching.
With zero outs in the third and Simeon Woods-Richardson on the mound, Ramos’s hand was hit by a pitch and he was immediately removed from the game. In the dugout on the SNY broadcast, you could see Ramos slamming his glove down in frustration.
He was replaced behind the dish but minor leaguer Ali Sanchez.
Ramos, 31, signed a two-year deal with a club option for a third this past offseason with the Mets.
Entering Sunday’s bout with Washington, Ramos had gone 11-for-36 at the plate with one homer and five RBI.
