Jayson Tatum’s dislocated finger is SO gross. But he’s OK!
Thank goodness.
Jayson Tatum dislocated his pinky finger against the Miami Heat after his right hand was stepped on by Josh Richardson early in the first quarter.
Tatum was diving for a loose ball when it was stepped on.
The results weren’t great, obviously.
Just saw the replay again and it looked like Jayson Tatum’s right pinky is not pointing the same way as the rest of his fingers. He wasn’t screaming in pain or anything walking to the locker room. Stay tuned will give an update as soon as we get it. #Celtics

Dislocations are gross.
UGH.
He ended up going to the bench and going back into the locker room to have his finger examined. He eventually returned to the game with his fingers taped up.
It’s scary any time you see a player get injured, but it looks like he’s OK. Here’s proof.

He’s been a key player for the Celtics this season and is leading the league in three-point shooting percentage at 51.5 percent.
Hopefully his shooting is unaffected by his injured hand.
