The rookie right tackle spent the final 29 minutes of the 49ers’ season-opening 24-16 loss to the Vikings playing right guard, a position he hadn’t played at any level. Bowing to pressure brought on by a sexual harassment scandal, CBS Corp. Chairman and CEO Leslie Moonves was expected to resign as soon as Monday, according to two people familiar with the matter who were not authorized to comment publicly. Negotiations over the terms of his departure accelerated after a new report Sunday in the New Yorker magazine, which detailed six women’s allegations of sexual misconduct involving Moonves in the 1980s and 1990s. Toronto right fielder Randal Grichuk was being checked for a possible concussion after slamming face-first into a security guard’s chair while chasing a foul ball. Grichuk had a swollen mark across his face as he left Sunday’s game in Toronto against Cleveland. He was injured while catching Brandon Guyer’s fly in the fourth inning. MOUNT HOOD VILLAGE, Ore. (AP) — Authorities say they've found the car of a missing hiker near a Mount Hood ranger station. KATU-TV reports that 55-year-old Diana Bober, of Gresham, has been missing since Aug. 29. She's described as an avid hiker. Deputies say her car was discovered near the Zigzag Ranger Station on Saturday, and search and rescue teams with trained dogs were out looking for her on Sunday. A 76-year-old man was killed Friday evening in a fire that broke out in a two-story home in Daly City, authorities said. The blaze was reported just before 6 p.m. at 90 Muirwood Drive, said Klaus Zalinskis, a spokesman for the North County Fire Authority.
