It was just one rat, but that was enough to ground an Alaskan Airlines flight out of Oakland on Tuesday. Flight 915 from Oakland International Airport to Portland was boarding at 8:30 a.m. when the rat was seen hopping into the aircraft, airline officials said. Tom Wolf's administration on Tuesday provided the data to The Associated Press in response to a Right-to-Know Law request.
