Police in Vacaville, California, were in a race against time on August 11 when it looked like an SPCA building would be hit by an approaching wildfire. Along with staff and volunteers, officers worked to evacuate 60 cats and dogs from the building. Bodycam footage released by police shows the rescue operation as the Nelson Fire looms.
