UFC on Fox salaries: Five fighters including break six figures
Israel Adesanya is making a decent salary despite this just being his second UFC fight.
UFC on Fox 29 provided some decent action for fans, particularly on the main card. But it didn’t exactly break the bank for the UFC in regards to salaries, that’s for sure. Only five of the 28 fighters on the card broke six figures and only one of them was above 115k. That was main event winner Dustin Poirier, who made 170k for his efforts.
Justin Gaethje, Alex Oliveira and Carlos Condit also broke 100k, along with Israel Adesanya. That’s a bit of a surprise considering this was only his second UFC fight, but he came in with some major hype. I guess that earned him a pretty decent check right out of the gate, so good for him.
